Acceptance of Terms
The purpose of these terms of use is to establish the legal agreement between you (the user) and Staffigo Technical Services, LLC (the website owner) regarding the use of our website. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations when using our services and provide important information related to privacy, intellectual property rights, and liability.
The Privacy Policy describes how Staffigo may use and disclose information that we may collect about all users and viewers through the Sites.

Eligibility
By using the site, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these terms. License
Subject to and conditioned on your compliance with these Terms, Staffigo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use the Sites, and to download copies of the materials that we make available for download on the Sites, in each case solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
The Sites, including all content, information, and materials incorporated into or made available through the Sites, are the exclusive property of Staffigo. You agree not to access or use the Sites, or any content, information, or materials incorporated into or made available through the Sites, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
User-Submitted Materials
The Sites may include functionality that enables you to upload your résumé, other employment and career-related information, job orders, and/or other information related to your Organization, and may also enable you to submit comments, materials, or contact information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number, or to chat and engage in other messaging functionality through interactive features such as blogs, message boards, other forums. All such résumés, information, comments, and materials are “Submitted Materials.” For clarity, you retain ownership of your Submitted Materials. By choosing to submit any materials (referred to as “Submitted Materials”), you grant Staffigo Technical Services, LLC (“Staffigo”) a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license. This license grants Staffigo the right, without any additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display, create derivative works of, adapt, modify, and otherwise use and exploit the Submitted Materials in any format or media now known or developed in the future. This usage includes promotional purposes, such as testimonials.
If you choose to submit Submitted Materials, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses granted in this section, and that your Submitted Materials, and your provision thereof through and in connection with the Sites, are complete and accurate, and are not fraudulent, tortious, or otherwise in violation of any applicable law or any right of any third party including intellectual property rights. For each of the Submitted Materials, you further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of Submitted Materials that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory. It is your responsibility to ensure the Submitted Materials are true, accurate, current, and complete.
Staffigo may (but has no obligation to) screen, monitor, evaluate, and remove any Submitted Materials at any time and for any reason, or analyze your access to and use of the Sites. We may disclose information regarding your access to and use of the Sites, and the circumstances surrounding such access and use, to anyone for any reason or purpose.
Use of website
By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms of use. You understand and acknowledge that the content, information, and materials provided on the website are for general informational purposes only. You agree to use the website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the website or compromise its security. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information presented on the website, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. Your use of the website is at your own risk, and we shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of the website.

Staffigo does not control, and is not responsible for, any Third-Party Materials and the availability of, or any links to, any Third-Party Materials on the Sites do not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, the provider of Third-Party Materials. Your use of Third-Party Materials is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Staffigo Technical Services, LLC (“Staffigo”) and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Sites (including any Submitted Materials) or any violation or alleged violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Prior to entering into a settlement of any claim that involves a resolution other than a purely monetary settlement, you must obtain the prior written consent of Staffigo. This obligation to indemnify shall continue even after the termination of these Terms.
Ownership; Proprietary Notices
The Site, including all its pages and code, is the property of Staffigo. You are not allowed to reprint, republish, or use any portion of the materials or code on the Site without the express written permission of Staffigo, except for viewing the pages on your monitor.
General
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Staffigo. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be separated from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. You cannot assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent, while we may do so without restriction. Waiver of any breach or default under these Terms by either party will not be deemed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Headings, captions, and section titles are provided for convenience and do not define or explain the sections. The term “including” or variations thereof in these Terms should be interpreted as “without limitation.”
These Terms, along with any incorporated terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Staffigo, superseding any prior oral agreements or understandings. Notices to you, including changes to these Terms, may be provided through posting on the Sites, email, or regular mail. A printed version of these Terms and any electronically provided notice will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings. Staffigo will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
